Committee to Hold Nomination Hearing

WASHINGTON -- Senate Finance Committee Chairman William V. Roth, Jr. (R-DE) today announced that the Senate Finance Committee will meet on Wednesday, Sept. 15, 1999, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in 215 Dirksen Senate Office Building, to conduct a hearing on the nominations of:

•James G. Huse, Jr., to be Inspector General, Social Security Administration; and

•Neal S. Wolin, to be General Counsel, Department of the Treasury.
