Committee to Examine Administration’s Trade Agenda

Hearing: “The Administration’s Trade Agenda"

Date/time: Wednesday, March 5, 2003, at 10 a.m.

Location: 215 Dirksen Senate Office Building

Description: Sen. Chuck Grassley, chairman of the Committee on Finance, will convene a hearing to hear testimony from Ambassador Robert Zoellick, United States trade representative, on the Bush administration’s trade agenda for the coming months.

Grassley said particular issues of interest to the committee include China’s compliance with World Trade Organization commitments, especially related to agriculture; United States-European Union trade relations; and pending trade agreements.
