WASHINGTON, DC - Ways and Means Committee Ranking Member Sander Levin (D-MI), along with the Committee’s Democratic members, on Wednesday will continue “Trading Views: Real Debates on Key Issues in TPP " with a session focusing on the investment chapter in TPP. The Committee’s Democratic trade staff have prepared an issue analysis paper [PDF here] that will be distributed at the hearing.

Oral testimony at this hearing will be from the invited witnesses only. However, any individual or organization may submit a written statement for consideration by the Committee’s Democratic Members.

Formatting Requirements:

1. Include the topic of the hearing or forum in the subject line of the email (i.e. “Testimony for environment hearing").

2. All submissions and supplementary materials must be submitted in a single document via email, provided in Word format and must not exceed a total of 10 pages.

3. All submissions must include a list of all clients, persons and/or organizations on whose behalf the witness appears. The name, company, address, telephone, and fax numbers of each witness must be included in the body of the email. Please exclude any personal identifiable information in the attached submission.

4. Failure to follow the formatting requirements may result in the exclusion of a submission.
