The Woodlands, TX - The top Republican on the House Ways and Means Committee Kevin Brady (R-TX) released the following statement after House Democrats released a partisan, $3 trillion coronavirus relief bill filled with far left proposals that have no chance of becoming law:

“This is a recipe for a prolonged recession, with virtually nothing to get the jobless back to work, while Democratic special interests and millionaires get a windfall. To use your words, Speaker Pelosi, you’re fiddling with petty politics while millions of Americans are hurting."
