Washington, DC - House Foreign Affairs Committee Lead Republican Michael McCaul (R-TX), Senator John Cornyn (R-TX), Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), and Congressman August Pfluger (R-TX) will hold a press conference on Wednesday, March 17th at 4:30PM ET calling for the release of U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and Texas native Trevor Reed, who is currently being detained as a political prisoner in Russia. Earlier this month, Reps. McCaul and Pfluger led a resolution calling for Trevor’s immediate release.
The Members will be joined by Trevor Reed’s mother and father, Paula and Joey Reed.
