The Subcommittee on Early Childhood, Elementary, and Secondary Education will hold a hearing focused on child care challenges in the United States. The session, titled "Who’s Watching the Kids? How Employers, Innovators, and Parents Are Solving America’s Child Care Crunch," is scheduled for Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 10:15 a.m. The hearing will take place in Room 2175 of the Rayburn House Office Building.
Rep. Kevin Kiley (R-CA), who chairs the subcommittee, will lead the proceedings. The event is open to members of the press and will also be available via live stream on the Committee’s YouTube page.
