The United States Attorney's Office announced that on June 25, 2013, in Helena, after a federal district court trial before U.S. District Judge Sam E. Haddon, MIKE ALFONS CAMPA, age 55, and SUZETTE GULYAS GAL, age 55, residents of Yorba Linda, California, were found guilty of contempt. Sentencing is set for Aug. 26, 2013. They are currently detained.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Ryan G. Weldon prosecuted the case for the United States.
They each face possible penalties of 6 months in prison and a $5,000 fine.
The investigation was conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
