Appropriations Committee Approves Fiscal Year 2022 Subcommittee Allocations

The House Appropriations Committee today approved allocations, known as 302(b)s, for its 12 subcommittees for fiscal year 2022 on a vote of 33 to 25.

The 302(b) allocations for the 12 subcommittees provide more than $1.5 trillion in funding, with significant increases to ensure that government works for working families, the middle class, small businesses, and the vulnerable. The 302(b) subcommittee allocations are.

“After decades of disinvestment and the devastation of the coronavirus pandemic, the American economy is seriously out of balance, favoring the wealthy and well connected and leaving working families behind. But we can reverse these trends," Appropriations Committee Chair Rosa DeLauro (D-CT-03) said. “With our funding bills this year, we will invest in the American people: creating good-paying jobs, growing opportunity, and providing a lifeline to the middle class, working families, small businesses, and the vulnerable. And we will confront the many challenges that our country faces today, most of which have been exacerbated by the pandemic."
