Netflix is expanding the celebration of its hit series, Stranger Things, beyond the traditional November 6 "Stranger Things Day" to what it now calls "Stranger Season." The streaming giant plans to mark this occasion with a variety of events and merchandise offerings for fans worldwide.
Among the new collaborations announced is a jewelry collection by Pandora. This exclusive line includes charms, bracelets, rings, and earrings inspired by iconic moments from the show. Creative Directors A. Filippo Ficarelli and Francesco Terzo noted that they aimed to evoke "a 1980s sensibility of budget horror films, arcades, neon colors and heavy metal," while highlighting themes of community and friendship. The collection will be available in stores and online starting October 24.
Dark Horse Comics will release a crossover comic titled "Stranger Things and Dungeons & Dragons: The Rise of Hellfire." This series delves into Eddie Munson's journey as leader of the Hellfire Club. It offers flashbacks to his early days playing D&D with characters Lucas, Dustin, and Mike. The first issue hits comic book stores on February 19, 2025.
The popular toy brand Squishmallows has added new characters to its Stranger Things-inspired lineup. Fans can expect to see Hellfire Club members Dustin & Eddie joining the collection on November 7 at Squishmallows.com.
Peloton is also participating in Stranger Season with an exclusive Stranger Things-themed Lanebreak level for its exercise platform. Jim Green, Group Product Manager at Peloton stated: “By combining the thrill of the series with the excitement of Lanebreak, we’re giving our Members a unique way to immerse themselves in their workouts."
