Federal grand jury announces indictments for drug trafficking and other federal offenses

United States Attorney Clint Johnson has announced the outcomes of the January Federal Grand Jury 2024-A Indictments. Several individuals face charges for violations of United States law, with each indictment serving as a formal notification of alleged offenses that must be proven in court.

Vincent Delmarco Berry, Mateaka Mignon Mansker, Jessica Janay Baldwin, and Michael Ray Crawley are accused of drug-related crimes. Berry, 35, from McAlester; Mansker, 31, from Broken Arrow; Baldwin, 41, from Hartshorne; and Crawley, 46, from McAlester have been charged with conspiracy to distribute fentanyl and methamphetamine. Mansker, Baldwin, and Crawley also face charges for possession with intent to distribute these substances. The investigation was conducted by the FBI along with the McIntosh County Sheriff’s Office and the Office of the Inspector General – Department of Corrections. Assistant U.S. Attorney George Jiang is handling the prosecution.

Henry Jose Flores Mayorga is charged with firearm possession while being unlawfully present in the United States and possessing cocaine with intent to distribute. Mayorga, a 44-year-old Nicaraguan national, allegedly possessed a firearm knowing his illegal status in the country. The investigative agencies include U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Removal Operations; Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives; Oklahoma Highway Patrol; and Tulsa Police Department. Assistant U.S. Attorney Mandy M. Mackenzie is prosecuting this case.

Kolton Austyn Gene McAnally faces charges related to involuntary manslaughter in Indian Country and assault resulting in serious bodily injury (superseding). Aged 22 from Vinita and a member of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, McAnally is accused of causing Madison Barnes' death while operating a vehicle under alcohol influence in February 2024. He also faces assault charges for inflicting serious injuries on another individual. The FBI collaborates with Oklahoma Highway Patrol and Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation on this case. Assistant U.S. Attorneys Stephen J. Flynn and Matthew Cyran are leading the prosecution.
