Timothy D. Luckett, also known as “Fetty” and “Jack Boi,” of Detroit, Michigan, has pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute more than 50 grams of methamphetamine and a quantity of fentanyl in Huntington, West Virginia.
Authorities said that on May 21, 2025, law enforcement executed a search warrant at a residence on Rotary Road in Huntington where Luckett was present. Officers found about 454 grams of methamphetamine and 2.5 grams of fentanyl on digital scales in the kitchen, as well as approximately 50 grams of fentanyl in a backpack. Firearms including two loaded pistols and a rifle were located under a dresser along with ammunition. Police seized $7,278 from the residence and $380 from Luckett during the search.
Luckett admitted he used the location to store and distribute controlled substances and confirmed that the cash recovered was proceeds from selling methamphetamine. He also acknowledged selling around 7.6 grams of fentanyl to an informant for $800 on November 8, 2023.
Sentencing is set for December 8, 2025. Luckett faces at least ten years and up to life in prison, five years supervised release minimum, and could be fined up to $10 million.
