The House Committee on Education and Workforce, led by Chairman Rep. Tim Walberg (R-MI), will hold a markup session tomorrow at 10:15 a.m. The committee will review two proposed bills: H.R. 6359, the Pregnant Students’ Rights Act, and H.R. 4307, the Enhancing Detection of Human Trafficking Act.

The session is scheduled to take place in room 2175 of the Rayburn House Office Building. Members of the press are invited to attend, and the proceedings will be available via live stream on the committee’s YouTube page.

The markup aims to address protections for pregnant students as well as efforts to improve detection of human trafficking through legislative action.
