The Subcommittee on Workforce Protections, led by Representative Ryan Mackenzie (R-PA), is scheduled to hold a hearing tomorrow at 10:15 a.m. The session, titled “Examining the Policies and Priorities of the Mine Safety and Health Administration,” will take place in Room 2175 of the Rayburn House Office Building.
Wayne Palmer, Assistant Secretary of Labor for Mine Safety and Health at the U.S. Department of Labor, is set to testify as a witness during the hearing.
