Brnovich to 151 months in prison for Aggravated Sexual Abuse and a concurrent 120 months’ confinement for Abusive Sexual Contact. On Sept. 22, 2022, Miguel was found guilty by a jury of sexually assaulting the 17-year-old victim at a dance in Sacaton, Arizona, in January 2012.
