The announcement was made by United States Attorney Carla B. Freedman and Janeen DiGuiseppi, Special Agent in Charge of the Albany Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

Nathans’ drug supplier, Edward Culton, was sentenced to federal prison earlier this year.
