New York Man Sentenced To 16 Months’ Imprisonment For Bank Fraud
News Release: HARRISBURG - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that on Dec. 19, 2022, Algernon Donte Martin, age 26, of Bronx, New York, was sentenced to 16 months’ imprisonment by U.S. District Court Judge Christopher C. Conner following his conviction for bank fraud. Judge Conner also ordered Martin to pay victims restitution in the amount of $82,969.06, and to serve three years of supervised release following his release from prison.

Safford Man Sentenced to 60 months for Child Exploitation Offenses
News Release: TUCSON, Ariz. - Last week, Richard Lee Molinar, 44, of Safford, Arizona, was sentenced by United States District Judge Scott H. Rash to 60 months in prison for child exploitation offenses. Molinar earlier pleaded guilty to Possession of Child Pornography. Franklin County Woman Charged with Straw Purchasing Firearms
News Release: The United States Attorney’s Office stated that Harley Davis, 28, of Enosburg, Vermont, was charged with making false statements to federally licensed firearms dealers in connection with the purchase of three firearms in May 2022. Davis appeared in court yesterday before the Hon. Kevin J. Doyle, U.S. Magistrate Judge, and was detained pending further proceedings.
