Defendant in Drug Case Sentenced to 17.5 Years in Federal Prison

News Release: Memphis, TN - Jose Anastacio Osorio Diaz, a/k/a Kenneth Rodriguez, 48, from Mexico, has been sentenced to 210 months in federal prison for conspiracy to possess illegal narcotics with intent to distribute. United States Attorney Kevin G. Ritz announced the sentence today.

News Release: Baltimore, Maryland - Chief U.S. District Judge James K. Bredar sentenced Garnell Eugene Graves, age 59, of Baltimore, to 50 years in federal prison, followed by lifetime supervised release, for four counts of sexual exploitation of a child related to his sexual abuse of five minor victims. The sentence was imposed late on Feb. 10, 2023.
